Aluminium Alloy A356 Sand Casting / Gravity Casting Die Casting and CNC Machining Cooling Fin OEM

This part made by gravity casting, with 1 piece resin cores to form the inside complex cavity.And after CNC machining, the part need to pass pressure test on the 2bar hydraulic pressure.Material is ASTM A356 ,T6 treatment.The metal mould is firstly to be cleaned the cave and heated to suitable temperature.Then the casting machinery fixed the two half firmly.With effective degassing to reduce hydrogen,  the aluminum liquid is poured into the mold cavity . After cooling, take out the parts,  and a beautiful aluminum alloy artwork is displayed in front of us.By the numerical control hot-box core shooter machine, we can manufacture precision dimensions and high-strength cores, strictly controlling the raw resin sand and the temperature & time parameters of heating. Therefore, the excellent cavity ensures the beautiful surface and good dimensional tolerance of these aluminum products. After CNC machining, the perfect finished product is successfully made.
