Aluminium Casting and Machining Complex Pump Housing

This part made by sand casting with complex resin cores .Before  machining, The part need to be sand blasting carefully . After CNC machining, the part need to pass pressure test on the 5bar water pressure.Material is Al alloy A356 ,T6 treatment.A layer of screened fine surface sand is firstly covered on the aluminum mold, then pour in the back sand and hammer it tightly, use flame to dry the surface moisture, carefully place the resin sand core.With effective degassing to reduce hydrogen,  the aluminum liquid is poured into the mold cavity . After cooling, take out the parts,  and a beautiful aluminum alloy artwork is displayed in front of us.By the numerical control hot-box core shooter machine, we can manufacture precision dimensions and high-strength cores, strictly controlling the raw resin sand and the temperature & time parameters of heating. Therefore, the excellent cavity ensures the beautiful surface and good dimensional tolerance of these aluminum products. After CNC machining, the perfect finished product is successfully made.
