According to our testing standards, the distance of KRG series is among 30m-300m and KLR series is among 1,000m-31,000m.  2.Is the distance real? Why is it different from my using? R: All our distances are real by test under our standards. The distance depends on three factors which are transmission power, receiving sensitivity and using environment (including installation location, obstacles, electromagnetic noise, weather, etc.). The distance may vary as long as any of these factors changes.3.What is your test standard of distance? R: The test standards of distance are different between our KRG and KLR series. Please refer to the product page for details. 4.Is the antenna important? Can I remove the antenna? R: Antenna is used to transmit/receive radio signal. It is very important for every RF product. There are external (eg. Spring antenna) and internal (eg. PCB antenna) antennas. The distance will be much shorter if the external antenna is removed, coz the power of radio can't be sent out. The circuit even may burn out especially for high power transmitters. 5.Is the antenna the longer the better?R: Of course not. The performance of antenna depends on length and resistance. The signal will be the best when antenna is 1/4 long of the wavelength(λ). For 433.92MHz, 1/4 of λ is about 17cm. Other length may shorten the distance. 1/2 or 1 λ are also possible, but the resistance must be adjusted as well. Pls contact us if you want to change the antenna. 6.Why all your products work at 433.92MHz/315MHz/868MHz? Can I have different frequency?  R: The frequency band is controlled by the governments. But the governments open some frequency bands for ISM(Industrial Scientific Medical) using which are license-free. For example, 433.92MHz in Western Europe, 868MHz in Northern Europe and 315MHz in China & Japan. We can make the product with special frequency for you if the frequency is license-free or you've got the license already.  7.How long is the battery life? R: Battery life depends on 3 factors which are power consumption, battery capacity, and pressing times. Normally, the battery of KRG series can last over 1 year if short pressing 5 times every day.8.Does your price cover tariff? How much should I pay for customs clearance? R: Our price doesn't cover tariff and shipping cost. Paying tax is the duty of every importer. However, there are shipping lines for some countries/regions that including customs tax. Pls contact our sales for details. The tariff policy is different in countries. You can ask your customs for details.9.What is coding type? What coding type do you have? R: The code is the information included in the signal. We mainly have 2 coding types for ASK/OOK products which are Learning code(1527) and Rolling code(HCS301/300). We use our private coding type for FSK, LoRa and paging system.10.What is co-frequency interference? How to avoid? R: Co-frequency interference means interference caused by a useless signal which has same frequency as useful signal. The co-frequency interference can only be weakened.
