10KV Electrode Phase Transition Boiler Hot Water 1.4MW 497m3/hOperation principle -Electrode phase transition boiler for hot water, is a type of electrode vacuum / micro pressure phase transition boiler, it can produce hot water or steam. The input high volt power: 10 kV. Operation principle The electrode phase transition boiler (hot water), is a type of electrode boiler. The phase transition happens inside the boiler to realize heat exchange. It consists of: electrode tube, media tank, heat exchanger, and control cabinet. The 3PH electrodes are fixed in the electrode tubes, which are immersed into media water with minimal conductivity. When the electricity is power on, the media water will be directly heated. The current is transformed into thermal, so media water is quickly gasified and function as media steam, which will rise to heat exchanger, so the thermal is transferred to the thermal supply water inside the heat exchanger tube. Simultaneously, the media steam will be condensed then drop back to media water tank. One complete process has been finished. The media water will repeat this phase transition process: gasification-condensation-gasification during the boiler running time, to realize the transition from electricity into thermal. The thermal supply power is decided by the immerse depth of electrode into the media water, whose adjustable range: 1%-100%. Temperature of thermal supply water(≤110ºC): electrode micro-pressure/phase transition boiler(free from supervision and inspection); Temperature of thermal supply water(>110ºC): electrode pressure transition boiler. Consequently, there is no electrochemical corrosion, hence constant conductivity can be ensured; No needs of conductivity adjusting system, on-time monitor. More easily operation. 2. No moving parts, only a small canned pump for adjusting media water level, super reliable. 3. Phase transition heat exchange simplified Built-in heat exchanger, directly connected to the thermal supply system, no need external heat exchanger. Save the cost of one-time circulation pump, plate heat exchanger, greatly simplify the system, minimize initial investment and floor area, much higher efficient. 4. Thermal store system freely switch The two built-in heat exchangers for the thermal supply or thermal store, can freely switch among: supply thermal, store thermal, or simultaneously supply and store thermal even without electric valve.
