Product DescriptionLoading Cantilever Roller ConveyorThe loading cantilever roller conveyor inside the furnace consists of a group of cantilever rollers driven individually by a set of AC variable frequency speed-regulated motors. The rollers have a cylindrical surface, and the roller shafts are hollow and water-cooled with a clean water cooling system. Heat-resistant steel rollers are installed on the roller shafts, and they are secured in place using threaded locking pins. The roller shafts are driven by keys to move the steel billets to their designated positions.The motor-reducer unit is mounted on the roller shaft directly, driving the roller shaft and rollers. The roller shafts are supported on the base through bearings. The rollers have cylindrical surfaces, and due to the flat contact surface with the billet, the force on the billet is uniform, which effectively improves the quality of the steel billet. The roller shafts are hollow and water-cooled, using clean circulating water for cooling. Heat-resistant steel rollers are installed on the roller shafts, and the rollers are fixed to the roller shafts using threaded fasteners. The roller shaft drives the rollers through a key to transport the steel billet outside the furnace.The motor-reducer set is mounted on the roller shaft, directly driving the rollers.
