Description01. Description Solenoid Control Valve is an
on-off control valve that either opens or closes upon receiving an
electrical signal to the solenoid pilot control. This valve
consists of a main valve and a two-way solenoid valve that
alternately applies pressure to or relieves pressure from the
diaphragm chamber of the main valve. It is furnished either
normally open (de-energized solenoid to open) or normally closed
(energized solenoid to open). Industrial uses for the solenoid
control valve are many and include accurate control of process
water for batching, mixing, washing, blending or other on-off type
uses. Liquid level control can be provided by using a float switch
or electrode probe which sends an electrical signal to open or

valve is a pilot pressure-reducing valve, which is composed of
the main valve of the hydraulic control valve and the
pressure-reducing pilot valve.The main valve outlet pressure change
through the pilot valve amplification control of the main valve
disc action;The work of the reduced pressure pilot valve is based
on the balance between the force exerted by the spring downward to
open the disc and the force exerted by the diaphragm upward to
close the disc.When water is used at the back end of the main
valve, the pressure of the guide valve spring is greater than the
pressure acting on the lower end of the dowm.Guide valve open, the
main valve cavity drain to the outside, the main valve open;When
water is not used at the back end of the main valve, the back end
pressure increases.Push the guide valve diaphragm upward to close
the guide valve, thus closing the main valve and stabilizing the
pressure at the back end at the set value;The water consumption of
the back end of the main valve is different, so that the water
pressure acting on the lower end of the diaphragm of the pilot
valve is different.The opening of the pilot valve changes
accordingly.In order to control the size of the main valve opening,
so that the pressure at the back end is always kept at the set
value;The pressure value set at the back of the valve can be
adjusted by the adjusting screw on the pressure relief guide
