oil well indicator diagram and liquid level test system based on
portable instrument application is composed of wireless and
portable test diagnostic apparatus, wireless digital indicator
diagram collector and wellhead connector. The test diagnostic
apparatus and indicator diagram collector form the indicator
diagram test system, in which the wireless digital indicator
diagram collector collects the indicator diagram of oil well and
sends locally and wirelessly the data to the test diagnostic
apparatus; the test diagnostic apparatus and wellhead connector
form the liquid level test system, in which the wellhead connector
collects the liquid level data and sends in a wired way the data to
the test diagnostic apparatus. SM40YBC series instruments produced
by this company now are compatible with two functions of
"indicator" and "liquid level indicator" and mated with SMJOX
series wellhead connectors, SMD33WX, SMD35WX, SMD38WX and SM4
series indicator diagram collectors, forming the system in this
solution, and they have been used by domestic oilfield units and
are the most fundamental instrument and equipment for oilfield
units to implement the oil well diagnosis. 2.
Functional characteristics Wireless indicator
diagram collection satisfies oil wells with different times of
stroke; original imported industrial computer
with regulations, modular design, suspended type structure,
full sealed keyboard, adaptable to field work; simple and useful
test, storable data of indicator diagrams with more than 1000 well
times; continuous operating time for up to 10 hours. The wired
working fluid level collection can be mated with various kinds of
wellhead connectors to satisfy different well conditions, and the
working fluid level collection has the advantages of obvious
waveform, stable repeatability and high test accuracy. 3.
